HAMMER MILL

The basic principle is straightforward. A hammer mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal rotating shaft or drum on which hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross, or fixed to the central rotor. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammer bars and is thereby shredded and expelled through screens in the drum of a selected size.
The hammermill can be used as a primary, secondary, or tertiary crusher.
Small grain hammermills can be operated on household current. Large hammer mills used in automobile shredders driven by electric motors ranging from 5 H.P to 20 H.P. 1440 RPM.
The screenless hammer mill uses air flow to separate small particles from larger ones. It is designed to be more reliable, and is also claimed to be much cheaper and more energy efficient than regular hammermills. The design & structure of the hammermill is always determined by the end use.

BUCKET ELEVATOR

In simple terms, bucket elevators vertically convey bulk materials. They are considered similar to conveyor belts, with the greatest difference being that bucket elevators move material using buckets attached to a rotating belt or chain. The buckets work to pick up material, move it to the desired endpoint, discharge material, and finally, return to the starting point to pick up a new load.
Bucket elevator configurations are engineered based on the application, material, required horsepower, and elevator height. Configuration options include centrifugal bucket elevators and continuous bucket elevators, with both models including belt and chain options. IT IS DRIVEN BY ELECTRIC GEARED MOTORS RANGING FROM 2 H.P. TO 5 H.P.

HYDRATOR : (DOUBLE DRIVE SYSTEM)

The Pfeiffer lime hydrator produces the perfect hydrate quality as required for high-quality building lime, plaster, and chemical lime. With our experience gained over decades and our extensive know-how, we are in a position to provide economical solutions to your lime slaking applications. In fact we conceive and build dry slaking plants for continuous operation and adapt the size of the plant to your particular production requirements. And of course our plants are state-of-the-art!
Working principle
In the lime hydrator, quicklime fines or quicklime lumps turn into lime hydrate Ca(OH)2 after the addition of water at a temperature of approx. 100°C. The requested residual moisture of the hydrate is regulated by a temperature-controlled water supply and a variable material retention time. The vapors developing during hydration are dedusted. The filter is an integral part of the lime hydrator. Gravimetric quicklime feed, temperature-controlled water supply, and a sophisticated measuring technology ensure a fully automatic operation of the Pfeiffer lime hydrators .

ROTERY SCREEN

Rotary screens are widely used for separating different types of material. We offer these using latest technology; these rotary screens have small in service cost and effortless safeguarding. These rotary screens used in many industries and can be availed from us at industry leading prices. The screen size is changeable and an alteration in screen size can help to handle any kind of material. Rotary screens used to meet varied applications in handling different materials like grain, de-oiled cakes, coal, lime stone powder, cement, salt and other such material.

AIR CLASSIFIER

An air classifier is an industrial machine which separates materials by a combination of size, shape, and density.
It works by injecting the material stream to be sorted into a chamber which contains a column of rising air. Inside the separation chamber, air drag on the objects supplies an upward force which counteracts the force of gravity and lifts the material to be sorted up into the air. Due to the dependence of air drag on object size and shape, the objects in the moving air column are sorted vertically and can be separated in this manner.
Air classifiers are commonly employed in industrial processes where a large volume of mixed materials with differing physical characteristics need to be separated quickly and efficiently. Air classifier is helpful for cement, air pollution control, Hydrated lime plant, food processing, pigments, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or chemical industries. One such example is in municipal recycling centers, where various types of metal, paper, and plastics arrive mixed together and need to be sorted before further processing can take place.

M.S. PULVERSIOR

Micro Pulverizer is a high-speed hammer and screen mill, which accomplishes size reduction by mechanically impacting process material. This method of size reduction is characterized by relative high energy and short residence time, minimizing heat build up during the milling process.
A pulverizer or grinder is a mechanical device for the grinding of many different types of materials. For example, a pulverizer mill is used to pulverize coal for combustion in the steam-generating furnaces of coal power plants, HYDRATED LIME PLANT.

BELT CONVEYOR

A belt conveyor is a system designed to transport or move physical items like materials, goods, even people from one point to another. Unlike other conveying means that employ chains, spirals, hydraulics, etc., belt conveyors will move the items using a belt.
Belt conveyors can be used to transport products in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction. For conveying Bulk Materials like Grains, Ore, Coal, Sand etc., over gentle slopes or gentle curvatures, a troughed belt conveyor is used. The trough of the belt ensures that the flowable material is contained within the edges of the belt.

ROLL CRUSHER

A roll crusher is a type of crushing equipment used to reduce the size of materials. Size reduction is accomplished by compressing feed material between two cylindrical rollers that rotate in opposite directions. Before crushing, the material feeds into the gap between the rollers. As the rollers rotate, the material is compressed and reduced in size.
Mining, metallurgy, construction, power generation, and chemical industries commonly use these machines. They are also used in recycling to destroy waste materials, such as scrap metal, wood, and some plastics.

JAW CRUSHER

A jaw crusher is always at the very front of the sample preparation chain for subsequent analysis. They are used for pre-crushing of hard and brittle materials in laboratories and pilot plants, even under harsh working conditions. Size reduction takes place in the wedge-shaped crushing chamber between a fixed and a movable breaking jaw, which follows an elliptical path of motion. The sample is crushed by pressure and falls downwards into a collecting receptacle as soon as the particles are finer than the set gap width.
There are two basic types of jaw crushers: single toggle and double toggle. In the single toggle jaw crusher, an eccentric shaft is on the top of the crusher. Shaft rotation causes, along with the toggle plate, a compressive action. A double toggle crusher has two shafts and two toggle plates. It is driven by electric motor of 5 H.P TO75 H.P. 960 RPM.

VIBRATING SCREEN

A vibrating screen is a large mechanical tool used to separate solids, liquids and powders. Industries as diverse as mining operations, chemical companies and construction firms utilize these tools to help sort and clean items. Using gravity, motion and mesh screens, these tools perform the work of several people in a fraction of the time.

BAG HOUSE

A baghouse, also known as a baghouse filter, bag filter, or fabric filter is an air pollution control device and dust collector that removes particulates or gas released from commercial processes out of the air. Power plants, steel mills, pharmaceutical producers, food manufacturers, chemical producers and other industrial companies often use baghouses to control emission of air pollutants. Baghouses came into widespread use in the late 1970s after the invention of high-temperature fabrics (for use in the filter media) capable of withstanding temperatures over 350 °F (177 °C).
